Fleur de Sel & Caramel Ice Cream

I made salted caramel ice cream a little lighter than normal by using 10% cream instead of 35% cream and 1% milk instead of whole milk… it was still delicious and gone in a flash… read all about it on the Sarafino site where I did a guest post today!
